      TKT - THE BRIGHT SIDE OF TALENT

      Concept, creative line and landing page

      Problem:
      The company needed a marketing strategy to attract young talent, and a traditional approach was not expected to be effective.

      Contribution:
      - Brainstormed and developed a unique and unconventional concept, "The bright side of talent", to attract the attention of the target audience.
      - Worked with the designer to develop a landing page that effectively communicated the concept and highlighted the company's value proposition.
      - Wrote copy for the landing page that aligned with the concept and creative line, ensuring that the tone was engaging and appealing to young talent.
      - Developed a paid advertising campaign that leveraged targeted keywords, social media advertising, and display advertising to drive traffic to the landing page.
      - Measured and analyzed the success of the campaign and provided recommendations for future iterations.

      Results:
      - The marketing campaign was successful in attracting young talent to the company.
      - The landing page received positive feedback and the concept, "The bright side of talent", helped to create a consistent and compelling brand message that resonated with candidates.
      - The paid advertising campaign was effective in increasing visibility and driving traffic to the landing page, resulting in a higher number of quality job applicants.
